Finding CrossFit IF was one of the best things to happen to me. Since college I would workout here and there, but never had anything that I was consistent with or pushed myself at. The community at CFIF quickly had me pushing my limits and showing up daily for a 5am workout. It’s always different and the community is amazing.
After 5 years of being an athlete I decided I wanted to share my love for this sport with others which led me to becoming a coach! Being a coach has made me look at CrossFit from a whole different perspective. I love helping people meet goals and pushing them to do things they did not think they were capable of.
Outside of the gym I prioritize time with my husband and 2 littles. We love going to new parks, exploring places to hike, & going to local coffee shops. As a mom I can’t wait to share my passion for CrossFit with my kids as they grow up and show them the positive impact it can have. I am excited to watch others fall in love with CrossFit just like I did.
My fitness journey took off in high school with Cross Country and Track & Field. College saw me dabbling in weightlifting and a few intramural sports, but I wasn’t truly dedicated to working out or nutrition. That all changed in 2015 when a close friend introduced me to CrossFit. From that moment, I was hooked. The variety, intensity, and challenge of the workouts, combined with the supportive community, made CrossFit my passion.
Witnessing others achieve their fitness goals—whether it's gaining strength or mastering a new skill—has always been a joy for me. Being a coach allows me to be a part of that transformative process, and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity. CrossFit has positively impacted my life in countless ways—physically, mentally, and socially—and I’m excited to share that experience with others.

COACH
After years of searching for a consistent fitness routine, I found my passion in CrossFit when I joined CFIF in December 2021. Since then, it has transformed my approach to health and fitness, becoming an integral part of my daily life. I love starting my day with the 5 AM class alongside my wife, Nicole, and our fantastic community of fellow athletes.
As a coach, I’m excited to help others discover the joy of pushing their limits and embracing the challenge of each workout. I believe in the power of teamwork and the incredible sense of accomplishment that comes from completing a WOD together.
Outside the gym, I’m a proud dad to two energetic boys, Griffin and Hudson, who keep life lively. I also enjoy golfing during the warmer months. My goal is to inspire and support you on your fitness journey, proving that with dedication and the right mindset, you can achieve amazing things!
