Sam CF-L1
COACH

Sam discovered CrossFit in 2015 and quickly fell in love with the challenge and community. As a coach, he’s passionate about helping athletes build strength and confidence.

Chad CF-OL1
COACH

Chad discovered his passion for CrossFit when he joined CFIF in 2021 and quickly became part of the early-morning crew. As a coach, he enjoys helping athletes push their limits and build confidence.

Jessica CF-1, CF-K
COACH |KIDS COACH

Jess is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and CrossFit Kids coach with over 25 years of experience working with youth. She loves helping kids build confidence, strength, and a lifelong love of movement.

Dylan CF-OL1, B.S. Kinesiology – Strength & Conditioning, UW Oshkosh | Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) | Pain-Free Performance Specialist (PPSC)

Dylan joined CrossFit IF in 2022 and brings over 12 years of strength and conditioning experience along with a degree in Kinesiology. He’s passionate about helping athletes move well, build strength, and reach their goals.
